Eskenazi Health, the public hospital division of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County in Indianapolis, seeks an Educator/Tester to perform point-of-care testing (HIV, HCV) and provide results, education, and linkage to care for eligible patients in the ED and other sites.
You will maintain testing logs, document in EMR, restock, and participate in HIV disease education, prevention referrals, and care coordination with clinicians in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
