As a Mental Health Technician here, you are the eyes and ears of our recovery community. You will:

• Foster a Healing Milieu: Assist in the admission process by orienting guests and securing belongings with care and respect.
• Support Daily Success
  :
  Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and perform routine procedures like vital signs and accu checks.
• Ensure Safety
  :
  Maintain a "serene environment" through frequent rounding and guest observation, reporting all changes to the RN.
• Drive Positive Outcomes
  :
  Carry out specific interventions to ensure guest safety and a judge-free atmosphere.
