Source Care Group Co is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. • Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments, community activities, and outings
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions per established protocols
• Foster independence and skill development through positive reinforcement and encouragement
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
