Omni Hotels & Resorts is inviting applications for the Hotel Housekeeper position at the four‑diamond Omni Severin Hotel in downtown Indianapolis. The role offers an hourly rate of $18 plus bonus potential, free parking, free lunch/dinner, full benefits, and a nurturing environment where associates are empowered to make their career with Omni a reality.

Severin Hotel – Downtown Indianapolis

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms—including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting
• Restock and replace used items within guest rooms
• Communicate clean status of each room upon completion
• Remove room-service trays and tables from guest rooms
• Stock supply cart and ensure that it is neat and well organized at all times
• Check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure that it is in good working order
• Respond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
• Ability and willingness to stand for 8+ hours at a time
• Ability and willingness to bend, stretch, reach, lift up to 20 lbs, and push up to 40 lbs
• Ability and willingness to complete all work assignments in an efficient and customer‑oriented manner
• Ability and willingness to meet the company's Standard of Appearance (i.e., Dress Code) policy
• Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule which includes working on weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required
