Responsibilities
  • Manage all Front Office operations including guest service and registration (check‑in/check‑out), room inventory and availability, quality standards, cost control, marketing initiatives, systems use, budgeting and forecasting, policy enforcement, and meeting participation.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance: supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, recognition.
  • Monitor service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Company standards.
  • Meet and greet guests and respond to inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
  • Initiate and implement ups‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize revenue.
  • Ensure team has current knowledge of hotel products, services, events, pricing, and policies.
  • Complete audit procedures as needed.
  • Recruit, interview and train team members.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years supervisory or management experience in a hotel setting.
  • Familiarity with Hilton systems and Luxury/Forbes standards is advantageous.
  • Open availability required.
