Responsibilities- Manage all Front Office operations including guest service and registration (check‑in/check‑out), room inventory and availability, quality standards, cost control, marketing initiatives, systems use, budgeting and forecasting, policy enforcement, and meeting participation.
- Monitor and develop team member performance: supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, recognition.
- Monitor service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Company standards.
- Meet and greet guests and respond to inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
- Initiate and implement ups‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize revenue.
- Ensure team has current knowledge of hotel products, services, events, pricing, and policies.
- Complete audit procedures as needed.
- Recruit, interview and train team members.
- Minimum of two years supervisory or management experience in a hotel setting.
- Familiarity with Hilton systems and Luxury/Forbes standards is advantageous.
