Responsibilities

• A Busperson will ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while also assisting the Food Runner when necessary.
• Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers. Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned.
• Process all payment methods.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• A passion for service with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• A willingness to learn and move into the server role.
• Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure.
• A team‑player mindset.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time. Working long hours may also be required based on business needs.
