Senior Executive Recruiter -- Human Resources/Finance & Accounting

Position Overview:

The HR Business Partner/Manager will provide general HR support for the US. They will work on numerous tasks including employee relations, assist in labor relations, enforce company policies practices, handle recruitment, provide coaching to management and act as the overall HR business partner. They will also handle day- to-day HR administration (e.g. on/offboarding, HRIS administration, personnel files, etc.). The successful candidate will be expected to progress into a broader leadership role at the Company.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support performance management administration and organizational communications
  • Administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Assist with employee recognition programs.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintain employees’ files, both electronic and paper, to ensure federal and state compliance ensuring all files are files properly and accurate, including auditing files as needed
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required (Master’s preferred)
  • 4+ years prior Human Resource experience.
  • Ability to translate HR knowledge into valuable recommendations and solutions.
  • Enjoys multi-tasking and has superior organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and business skills to develop and maintain effective business relationships.
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • Experience with Paylocity a plus
