HRIS (HR Information Systems) Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HRIS Specialist to join our team and support our growing client base.

The HRIS Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our HR information systems to support the HR team and the overall organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data, implementing system upgrades and enhancements, and providing technical support to HR and other departments.

• Manage and maintain HRIS systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data by conducting regular audits and data clean-up
• Partner with HR and other departments to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements
• Train and support HR and other departments on HRIS functionality and processes
• Develop and maintain HRIS policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades and new modules
• Generate reports and provide data analysis to support HR and business decisions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HRIS technology and make recommendations for improvement and innovation
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with knowledge of HRIS modules such as payroll, benefits, performance management, and recruitment
• Experience with HRIS implementation and project management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus
