We are seeking a tech-forward, data-savvy Applicant Engagement Analyst to enhance our high-volume, multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies. You will be accountable for analyzing and providing strategic improvements for applicant sourcing performance while maintaining the white-glove experience that has earned us the highest rated staffing agency with the most reviews on Google.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional with hands-on experience programming candidate journeys and workflows in automation and AI-driven sourcing platforms seeking the next step in their career. Use your experience managing SEO and organic and sponsored advertising to optimize and automate high-volume applicant engagement and have a seat at the table to design applicant engagement process and strategy.
You will own accountability for database segmenting on a national scale and multi-channel sourcing to ensure continuous candidate response for open positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage automated outreach campaigns via Sense
HQ or similar platforms (email, SMS, voice drops) - Create and maintain recruitment funnels using AI-enabled sourcing and advertising tools
- Execute data-informed programmatic advertising strategies across job boards
- Monitor performance data and optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with internal recruiting and marketing teams
- Provide reporting and insights on campaign outcomes
- Champion new technology adoption to streamline workflows
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in high/volume recruitment
- 5+ years experience in LI/MFG Temp/Temp-to-Hire Staffing Agency
- 3+ years experience managing multi-channel media/advertising buying
- 1+ year experience programming automation workflow tools such as Sense.
- Success managing programmatic advertising campaigns or national sponsored ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) database queries
- Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data
Preferred Experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Familiarity with Aqore/Zenople,Sense Hq,Linked In,Wiza,Indeed
- Experience with EOS or high-growth environments
