Talent Manager, Recruiter

- Develop and execute recruiting strategies
- Network through renewables (solar & wind) societies and associations
- Develop robust pipelines of renewables (solar & wind) talent
- Work with the Manager of University and Trade School Relations as well as the Director of Military Relations to coordinate recruiting efforts
- Conduct intake meetings to develop job descriptions, salary ranges, and recruitment timelines
- Post positions in all applicable venues
- Keep track of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Select and interview the best candidates and coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain all applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Maintain all requirements mandated by OFCCP, EEOC, and AAP
- Prepare, seek the approval for, and deliver offer letters
- Work with the Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to onboard selected employees
High School Diploma
Position RequirementsREQUIREMENTS:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future
- High school diploma or equivalent with a preference for a bachelor or master's degree in business or human resources
- Minimum of 8 years of corporate recruiting in renewables, construction, or similar industry experience (OR a minimum of 10 years' experience as a project manager in the solar or wind industry with an interest in moving into a corporate recruiting role.)
ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Ability to work as an individual contributor and in a team environment
- Ability and willingness to mentor junior recruiters
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to communicate with all levels of a renewables and heavy civil construction company
PREFERENCES:
- Bachelor or master's degree in business or human resources
- Ability and willingness to work at the corporate office in Indianapolis, Indiana
