Integrated Payroll Services (IPS) is a locally owned company that specializes in HR/Payroll and Tax administration. We have over 700 customers in the St. Louis area, and have been recognized for three of the last five years as one of St. Louis's fastest growing companies (Source: St. Louis Business Journal) and were just honored in the 2013 Inc 500 list of Fast Growing Companies.

We are in need of another outstanding individual to assist our customers in the implementation of their IPS Human Resources module.

• Gaining a thorough understanding the IPS 360 workforce technology suite
• Working with clients to understand their HR business processes and related issues
• Configuration of their IPS HR module to meet their business requirements
• Ability to prioritize competing client priorities to ensure successful project completion.
• Work with internal IPS associates to coordinate client deliverables.

• Must have 1+ years' hands on experience with payroll/HR services and software.
• Must have at least above average Microsoft Excel skills.
• Must communicate well and be willing to serve customers on a daily basis.
• Must be willing to prove skills via online testing to be considered for employment.

We are offering a full time position ranging from $38,000.00 to 52,000.00 per year (depending on experience). Benefits include:
