• Gather and analyze recruitment results and membership data to identify growth trends
• Facilitate training initiatives for collegiate members, local advisors, and volunteers
• Develop programs and resources to enhance understanding of recruitment and retention
• Incorporate Fraternity brand and messaging into recruitment strategies
• Represent the organization during community visits and at conferences

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common internet applications
• Ability to capture and organize data in Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to accommodate frequent travel, particularly during peak recruitment months
• Valid driver's license and capability to lift and carry items up to 35 lbs

• Membership in Alpha Gamma Delta or another fraternity/sorority
• Experience as a Recruitment Team officer, advisor, or other volunteer roles
• Previous leadership experience that has demonstrated the ability to influence results
