About the Role
We are looking for a High Volume Hiring Recruiter focused on sourcing candidates across Latin America (LATAM) for remote and project-based opportunities.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English and has experience with high-volume recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging Spanish-speaking candidates across Latin America, screening applicants based on project requirements, and coordinating candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process.
Fluent Spanish communication is a core requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities High-Volume Recruitment- Source a high volume of qualified LATAM-based candidates for multiple open positions.
- Recruit Spanish-speaking candidates through multiple channels and communities.
- Review applications and identify candidates who meet project requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates who have not completed required recruitment or onboarding steps.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
- Source candidates through Linked In, Facebook groups, Whats App, Telegram, Reddit, job boards, online communities, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify Spanish-speaking communities and recruitment channels across Latin America.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for different LATAM countries.
- Build candidate pools for recurring and high-volume hiring needs.
- Explore new communities and channels to increase candidate volume.
- Communicate with candidates in Spanish and English throughout the recruitment process.
- Write recruitment messages, follow-ups, and onboarding instructions in Spanish.
- Clearly explain project requirements to Spanish-speaking candidates.
- Answer candidate questions and provide recruitment support in Spanish.
- Build relationships with Spanish-speaking candidates and online communities.
- Screen candidates based on location, experience, skills, availability, language, and project requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews or screening calls when required.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
- Follow up with candidates who become inactive or do not complete required steps.
- Monitor candidate progress and identify recruitment bottlenecks.
- Help improve candidate completion and onboarding rates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Monitor applications, qualified candidates, interviews, onboarding, and hires.
- Track recruitment activity by country or sourcing channel.
- Provide regular recruitment updates to the internal team.
- Identify sourcing challenges and recommend improvements.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in high-volume recruitment, talent sourcing, staffing, or similar roles
. - Experience sourcing candidates in Latin America
. - Strong understanding of Spanish-speaking online communities and recruitment channels.
- Ability to manage a large candidate pipeline simultaneously.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and communication platforms.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proactive, responsive, and target-oriented.
- Experience recruiting across multiple LATAM countries.
- Existing Spanish-speaking recruitment networks or online communities.
- Experience recruiting for remote, contract, project-based, or gig roles.
- Experience with AI, data collection, crowd sourcing, annotation, or research projects.
- Experience with mass hiring or rapid recruitment campaigns.
- Experience recruiting candidates from countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, and other LATAM markets

This is a remote, project-based position
. Work hours and project availability may vary based on operational needs.
The ideal recruiter is fluent in Spanish and English, highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with high-volume recruitment

You should know how to find candidates beyond traditional job boards, understand how to reach Spanish-speaking communities, and be comfortable managing a large number of candidates while maintaining consistent follow-up.
