Varsity Brands is seeking a bilingual People Service Center Coordinator to support HR functions, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and unemployment claims. You will handle Tier 1 inquiries, maintain new-hire processing, and assist with Docu Sign forms in a fast-paced office environment.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR, 1–2 years HR experience, and proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems. The role is onsite at our Indianapolis facility with standard weekday hours.
