- Your primary responsibility will include partnering with plant leadership to drive talent, engagement, performance, and workforce initiatives that support business objectives
- Youwill serve as the primary HR business partner for employees and managers ata large single manufacturing site
- Youare knowledgeable in leading efforts in employee relations activities, including coaching, investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes
- Youwill ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws
- Additionally,you will manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation,performance management, and employee development
- Youwill have the opportunity to lead recruiting and workforce planning effortsto attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Further you will partner with operations leaders to coordinate training programs, monitor compliance requirements, and support workforce capability development
- Youhave proven ability to drive employee engagement, recognition, and communication initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Youcan show proficiency in utilizing HRIS systems and workforce data to monitor key HR metrics, identify trends, and support informed decision-making
- Youwill lead and support organizational change initiatives while fostering a cultureof continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or HR leadership experience
- Master'sdegree and/or SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification preferred but not required
- Itis preferred that you have experience supporting manufacturing,industrial, aerospace, defense, precision manufacturing, or other operational environments
- Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams including both exempt and non-exempt workforce is required
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills required
