Target Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 per year
Key Responsibilities for the HR Administrator:- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records
- Support benefits administration and HR compliance initiatives
- Assist with payroll processing and employee inquiries
Coordinate recruiting activities, interviews, and new hire paperwork - Maintain HR documentation and ensure accurate record keeping
- 2+ years of Human Resources or HR Administration experience
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
