Morales Professional is seeking an HR Generalist to support a growing financial services firm. As a key partner to the Head of HR, you’ll help build scalable people processes and maintain a high-performance culture in a heavily regulated environment.
You will lead employee relations, support talent acquisition activities, ensure compliance with FMLA/ADA/FLSA and Title VII, manage HRIS data, and drive onboarding and learning initiatives as the company scales.
