• Serve as the primary HR resource for plant employees and leadership.
• Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.
• Lead onboarding and support a positive new-hire experience.
• Partner with plant leaders on workforce planning and operational needs.
• Maintain employee records, performance reviews, and HRIS data.
• Coordinate with payroll and corporate HR teams.
• Identify workforce trends and recommend practical improvements.

• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; UKG experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort supporting plant leadership and hourly employees in a production environment.
• Experience supporting multiple business units or shifts is a plus.
