Job Description Requirement / Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Learning Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Power Automate (Flow) and Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency with DAX for Power BI dashboards.
  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong interest in technology, data, and continuous improvement.
Experience
  • Workflow automation and process optimization.
  • Dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Project planning, tracking, and execution.
  • Learning management systems and content delivery platforms.
  • Supporting data accuracy, integrity, and reporting standards.
Responsibilities
  • Assess automation needs and design, develop, and implement automated workflows to streamline learning operations.
  • Maintain and support existing workflow solutions and SharePoint lists.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure seamless platform integration.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize learning metrics and organizational KPIs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define, track, and report learning effectiveness and business impact.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity across reporting systems.
  • Support development and maintenance of SharePoint sites and knowledge management repositories.
  • Manage projects using Smartsheet or similar tools, including status tracking and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with IT and L&D teams to implement and support technology solutions.
  • Provide coaching and technical guidance to colleagues as appropriate.
Should Have
  • Master’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting global or enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
  • Exposure to AI technologies, machine learning, or large language models.
  • Experience working in regulated environments.
  • Instructional design knowledge and experience supporting learning solutions.
  • Familiarity with learning and collaboration tools and platforms.
