We are building a high-impact SaaS platform and are looking for a Project Head who will operate as the Founder’s right-hand technical leader
. The product is nearly complete, and we now need someone who can oversee development, manage engineering workflows, and drive the platform to launch and scale.

This is a hybrid role based in Indiana
, ideal for someone who has strong Java expertise and wants to grow into a CTO-level position
.

• Lead development cycles, QA, deployment and feature releases
• Manage and coordinate engineering resources and timelines
• Apply deep Java expertise to elevate architecture and code quality
• Identify technical gaps and propose clear solutions
• Own the product roadmap alongside the founder
• Ensure security, scalability and performance across the SaaS platform
• Play a strategic role in shaping long-term tech decisions

• Java expert (core + enterprise) — must-have
• Experience working on SaaS or large-scale development projects
• Strong leadership, ownership and execution capability
• Motivated, fast-learning, Gen-Z mindset
• Under 30 preferred (energy, adaptability, growth drive)
• Must be based in Indiana or able to work Hybrid (Indiana-based)
• Ambition to grow into a CTO-level position
