• Become a product and AI expert on Thunkable, with a deep understanding of how users integrate AI-powered features into their apps
• Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound creator questions via Intercom, the Thunkable Community, social media, email, and more
• Help creators resolve product issues and share AI-enabled workarounds or new creative solutions
• Build and prototype Thunkable app solutions — often showcasing how to use our AI components and features
• Collaborate with internal teams to test and elevate bugs and ensure timely resolution, especially those related to AI workflows
• Provide structured feedback to improve Thunkable’s AI features, creator documentation, tutorials, and support content
• Help identify compelling creator case studies (especially those using AI) and support the development of user stories for Marketing
• Contribute to support team operations by developing scalable, repeatable processes and internal tools
• Support our creator education initiatives by contributing to AI-focused resources such as documentation, tutorials, and Community training content

• Comfort working with technical tools and platforms — whether through formal education, technical side projects, or past work experience
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, especially AI, LLMs, and how they can be used in mobile apps
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset, with experience in support or customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and AI-related concepts clearly to non-technical users
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your feedback directly shapes product decisions
• Bonus if you have experience with other no-code or AI tools such as (but not limited to):
  Figma, Airtable, Firebase, Xano, OpenAI, Loveable or Replicate

The salary range for this role in Indianapolis is between $50,000 and $60,000 per year and will be based on qualifications and skills.
