Responsibilities

• This role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance
• Define and execute infrastructure strategy across public cloud, private cloud, and on‑prem environments
• Drive secure‑by‑design principles across infrastructure, networks, and applications, including oversight of IAM, encryption, Sec Ops, and incident response
• Implement observability and reliability practices with strong SLO/SLI frameworks, monitoring, and automated remediation
• Oversee IT service management, service desk, and end‑user technology, ensuring seamless support and collaboration tools
• Ensure 24/7 operational continuity with disaster recovery, capacity planning, and incident management
• Standardize and scale technology platforms across new entities post‑integration
• Establish KPIs around uptime, cost optimization, and security posture
