Enterprise Architect

As the Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in the development of Arcwood's digital transformation roadmap, designing and overseeing the organization’s IT landscape to align with business goals. This role will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, bridge the business and IT functions, and drive modernization, reliability, and scalability for a growing organization undergoing significant technological transformations.

Essential Functions & Requirements
  • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies and maintaining safe practices at all times.
  • Conducts analysis of current architecture, identifying gaps and opportunities for immediate and long‑term improvement.
  • Coordinates with leaders, translating business transformation objectives into actionable architecture blueprints; ensures alignment between technology and strategic initiatives.
  • Leads selection, design, and integration of new solutions that complement current processes and systems.
  • Provides oversight to systems, processes, and infrastructure, ensuring changes are integrated effectively, reliably, and at scale with security and cost efficiency.
  • Supports governance processes for managing enterprise data, solutions, and infrastructure portfolios, providing fact‑based recommendations for investment decisions and technology rationalization.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation of the enterprise architecture, including models, standards, and guidelines.
  • Stays updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovations.
  • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (required).
  • Master's degree (preferred).
