• Own the administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage user access, security settings, sharing rules

• Handle support tickets and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement improvements that drive adoption and efficiency.
• Perform proactive system maintenance

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience with strong product knowledge.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification and familiarity with triggers/Apex code.
