The Snowflake Data Engineer – Delivery Lead will manage the end-to-end design and implementation of Snowflake-based data solutions for our clients. Responsibilities include creating robust data models, leading ETL development for data pipelines, driving data transformation and integration processes, and ensuring optimal data warehouse structure for analytics. This is a contract position that requires on-site work at our client's location in Indianapolis, IN.

• Proficiency in Data Engineering, including experience with designing and developing scalable solutions.
• Strong skills in Data Modeling and developing efficient database schemas.
• Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for integrating and transforming complex datasets.
• Expertise in Data Warehousing, including Snowflake, and creating optimized data storage solutions.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics and an ability to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, scripting languages, and data visualization tools is beneficial.
