Apex Systems is a global Technology Services leader seeking an IT Systems Specialist for a large life sciences client. This is a long‑term contract role on‑site in Indianapolis, IN.

• Computer Systems Quality Documentation:
  Create and maintain documentation aligned with regulatory and Info Sec standards
• Computer Systems Validation (CSV):
  Author and execute protocols, IVI, SOP
• Cross‑Functional
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work with infrastructure, Info Sec, and compliance teams to ensure audit‑readiness
• Network Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose and resolve complex network issues

• Windows:
  Server/Desktop, Active Directory, Group Policy, Power Shell
• Ticketing:
  Service Now, JIRA; collaboration tools:
  Teams, Share Point
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, SNMP
• Validation Tools:
  Document control systems, change management workflows

• Familiarity with ITIL, GMP Regulations
• Experience in regulated industries (preferred)
• Intune System Administration or related tools
• Basic Ubuntu System Administration

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
• Excellent written communication for documentation
• Self‑starter, able to work across teams
