In this role, you will support AWS data centers by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting infrastructure equipment, ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and reliability.

• Install, patch, and maintain fiber and copper cabling between equipment.
• Move and implement large enterprise equipment, ensuring proper safety and security standards.
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and perform break‑fix activities.
• Utilize material handling tools and equipment safely.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, high‑availability network infrastructure.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in technical roles such as Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, Data Center Operations, or Technical Project Management.

• Knowledge of network cabling, optical fiber types, and test equipment.
• Industry certifications (CompTIA, CCENT, Network+).
• Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies.
• Experience managing medium‑to‑large projects with complex scopes.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (Cisco IOS, JunOS, BGP, OSPF).

• Regularly lift or move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.
• Work in 24/7 environments, including primary responder rotation and after‑hours support.
• Operate safely in cramped, elevated, or noisy environments.
• Stand, walk, reach, bend, lift, stretch for up to 8+ hours per day.
• Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely.

The base pay for this position ranges from $50,600 to $113,200 per year depending on location, with additional sign‑on, equity, and benefits options.
