Squadware Inc is hiring a Software Quality Assurance Analyst for a consulting position with one of our clients on the north side of Indianapolis. This role is full time and can be a 1099 contract or w-2 position. This is an on‑site position in Indianapolis, Indiana. Remote work is not an option. If you do not currently reside in the Indianapolis area or are not willing to relocate please do not apply.
Interviews must also be completed onsite.
We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and testing the functionality of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards. Daily tasks include performing test case design, executing manual and automated testing, identifying and documenting software defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
This role will also involve contributing to the continuous improvement of testing strategies and processes.
- Proficiency in Software Quality and Software Quality Assurance methodologies
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Experience in Quality Assurance processes and Test Management tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality results
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with testing automation tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops environments
- Past experience working with Agile software development
- 4+ years of QA experience
