- Should have good communication skills.
- Opportunity to become an expert in the SAP technology and the business processes it supports.

- Partner with IT Architects in assessing business requirements and drive the development of system solutions in SAP.

- Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
- Use considerable judgment to determine solutions and seek guidance on complex problems.
- Promote process improvements and innovation to drive business process optimization.
