Pega LSA

Overview

Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and Pega frameworks.

• Deliver Pega projects with hands‑on expertise in DCO, enterprise architecture design, class structure design, data model and process flow design based on business requirements.
• Lead medium to large teams, enforce Pega best practices and guardrails across development teams.
• Analyze application performance using alerts, logs, advanced SMA; optimize performance through tuning methods and performance tools.
• Provide thought‑leadership to clients across business and technical dimensions, solve complex business requirements.
• Adopt existing client design patterns and recommendations based on POCs.
• Scope, plan and deliver projects using iterative software development life cycles over multiple release cycles.
• Work with servlet or enterprise containers (Jakarta Tomcat, BEA Web Logic, IBM Web Sphere, JBOSS); configure, deploy and troubleshoot servers.
• Develop in Core Java & Object‑Oriented concepts; use SQL in Oracle, MSSQL, DB2 or Sybase.
• Use client‑side technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS); web services, JMS, middleware tools (Web Methods, Vitria); frameworks (Struts, Spring); design patterns (MVC I, MVC II).

• 8+ years’ experience delivering Pega projects;
  Pega Certified Lead System Architect (Part 1 &
  2) preferred.
• Experience with Pega Strategic Applications (Customer Service, Marketing, Industry applications); CDH and Pega Marketing advantage.
• Knowledge of content management integration, mobility implementation, social platform integration.
• Good knowledge of product creations, ruleset management and deployments to higher environments.
• Experience with dev‑ops usage in Pega an added advantage.
• Solid fundamentals in Core Java & Object‑Oriented concepts.
• Excellent skills in RDBMS tools (Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, Sybase) and SQL commands.
