V2X is growing, and we’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our team! This role is a critical part of our Manufacturing and Depot Operations (MDO), helping the team harness data to drive operational excellence and improve decision‑making. The successful candidate will collect, analyze, and report on data from S4/HANA and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement and support proactive management of key operational areas.

• Extract and analyze operational data from S4/HANA and other systems to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Build reports and dashboards to communicate data findings and empower MDO Leadership with meaningful, actionable information.
• Identify gaps or bottlenecks in operations using data‑driven insights, highlighting areas needing attention.
• Provide analytics support for operational efficiency projects, process improvements, and performance metrics tracking.
• Proactively research and interpret data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify potential risks or opportunities.

• 1–3 years of experience in a data‑focused role OR demonstrable expertise in analyzing large datasets and leveraging ERP systems like S4/HANA.
• Must be a US Citizen with active US Government Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data models, Power Query, etc.).
• Experience working with S4/HANA or similar ERP/reporting systems preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline).
