We are seeking an IT Ops Support professional to join a growing team in Indianapolis, IN. This role requires strong expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV) and IT operations, with responsibility for incident and problem management, issue triage, and resolution.

• Perform Computer System Validation (CSV) activities.
• Support CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and CRs (Change Requests) for release tracking and change management.
• Manage incident and problem resolution, including triage and troubleshooting.
• Track, manage, and resolve issues in collaboration with global teams.
• Partner with distributed team members across India, Canada, and the U.S.
• Supply Chain Advantage (CTWIN)

• Must be local to Indianapolis, IN (no relocation or remote options).
• Proven experience in IT Operations Support
  , including validation, change management, and incident resolution.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across global teams.
