As an SAP Consultant Contractor, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. You will focus on SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules, ensuring stable and efficient system performance through support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.

• Implement and configure SAP MM and WM modules to meet business needs and improve functionality.
• Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for SAP solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for SAP configurations and customizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Lead resolution of complex incidents and service requests in MM and WM modules.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business users on system issues and process questions.
• Proactively monitor system performance and take corrective action as needed.
• Suggest and implement enhancements to MM/WM processes, configuration, and reporting.
• Analyze, test, and deploy system changes following established change management processes.
• Maintain clear documentation for configurations, support procedures, and issue resolutions.
• Share knowledge with team members and provide training when required.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure ticket resolution and system stability.
• Support integration with related SAP modules (SD, PP, FI/CO, etc.) to maintain end-to-end process integrity.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
