The team is responsible for customer support for the Indiana Immunization Registry systems. This position will understand requirements, conduct analysis, and test/validate functional requirements. It will articulate and define testing scopes and objectives by understanding user and immunization team requirements. The role acts as a liaison between the program area and technical support groups, documenting requirements or issues, creating test scenarios, performing testing, and reporting test results.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements for immunization individual user agreements automation.
• Write detailed test scripts and test upcoming patches; identify issues and provide testing results to support the decision to proceed with a patch.
• Track tickets and follow up with a vendor and IT team to ensure timely resolution.
• Support testing of new modules added to CHIRP (e.g., Vaccines transfers, Returns, VOMS).
• Identify and address data quality issues (e.g., duplicate patients, bad merges, duplicate facilities, invalid vaccines).
• Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate into system requirement specifications.
• Work with IT to address electronic data transmission issues and use PHC-Hub and IQ to create reports for providers and EMR vendors.
• Facilitate delivery of technical business solutions to program area or users; perform other duties as assigned.

• More than eight (8) years of full-time professional IT experience. (Required)
• Experience as a Business and Quality Analyst in IT with project tools and best practices. (Required)
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. (Required)
• Ability to analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement. (Required)
• Develop and present business cases for proposed solutions. (Required)
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and test plans. (Required)
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. (Required)
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution. (Required)
• Effective communication, both oral and written, and ability to work in a team. (Required)
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and health informatics to develop requirements. (Required)
• Plan, schedule, and manage QA projects to ensure timely delivery. (Required)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality goals. (Required)
• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field with IT experience. (Required)
