Position Title
Sr Business / Quality Analyst | Only for W2 CONTRACT ROLE
LocationIndianapolis, IN (Local candidates only) – onsite 3 days per week and 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to immunization systems and user agreements automation
- Develop detailed test scripts, define testing scope, and validate upcoming system patches
- Perform functional testing, identify defects, and report test results to support go/no-go decisions
- Track and manage tickets; coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure timely resolution
- Support testing of new CHIRP modules such as Vaccine Transfers, Returns, VOMS, and others
- Identify and resolve data quality issues including duplicate patients, invalid vaccines, bad merges, and duplicate facilities
- Analyze business processes and translate needs into technical system specifications
- Work on electronic data transmission issues using tools like PHC-Hub and IQ to generate reports for providers and EMR vendors
- Improve overall data timeliness, accuracy, and completeness
- Facilitate delivery of technical solutions to program areas and end users
- Perform other duties as assigned
- More than eight (8) years, full-time professional work experience in an Information Technology environment.
- Experience as a Business and Quality analyst in information technology with project tools and best practices.
- Exp gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and present business cases for proposed solutions.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and test plans.
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and capacity to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and health informatics to develop requirements.
- Plan, schedule, and manage QA projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and customer support, to align quality goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields with IT experience.
