• Minimum 8 years full-time professional work experience in an Information Technology environment.
• Minimum 8 years experience as a Business and Quality analyst in information technology with project tools and best practices.
• Minimum 4 years experience gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and present business cases for proposed solutions.
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and test plans.
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and capacity to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and health informatics to develop requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and manage QA projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and customer support, to align quality goals.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields with IT experience.
