We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior System Administrator. In this role, you will work under limited supervision and apply advanced concepts, practices, and procedures to support departmental and enterprise computer applications.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- User and application requirements analysis
- Application development, support, and maintenance
- Data and database analysis and reporting
- Monitor and manage incident tickets for assigned modules/databases through Service Now, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level expectations.
- Serve as a functional expert for troubleshooting and problem‑solving; provide guidance to customers on interpreting information.
- Maintain a strong understanding of assigned applications and related technologies, staying current with industry trends.
- Lead application upgrades, including reviewing enhancement notes, testing, and vendor coordination.
- Perform project planning, feasibility analysis, and implementation strategies; communicate updates clearly and concisely.
- Share knowledge with team members and mentor colleagues as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
- Minimum of five (5)+ years of professional experience within a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Success Factors, Health Stream, Lippincott, or other related LMS systems.
