Role
Summary:
The Operations Systems Analyst will support daily production operations by running and monitoring jobs in People Soft Financials
, handling system outputs, troubleshooting issues, and operating printing and mailing equipment. This role is critical to maintaining production schedules in a structured, high-availability environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and monitor batch jobs in People Soft Financials
- Monitor system outputs and error messages; troubleshoot issues
- Operate and maintain printing and mailing equipment
- Maintain inventory and assist with evaluating new equipment
- Create and maintain operational documentation
- Provide responsive support to internal users
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong adherence to documented processes
- Excellent attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to work independently in a structured environment
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience with People Soft Financials or similar systems
- Ability to create and run queries
- Experience with FTP/SFTP tools (e.g., Go Anywhere)
- SQL knowledge and understanding of relational databases
