About the Project

The team is responsible for customer support for the Indiana Immunization Registry systems. This role focuses on understanding requirements, conducting analysis, and testing and validating functional requirements
. The analyst will define testing scopes and objectives by aligning user needs with immunization program requirements. This position serves as a liaison between program areas and technical support teams
, documenting requirements and issues, creating test scenarios, performing testing, and reporting results to support system enhancements and data quality improvements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements for immunization individual user agreements automation.
  • Write detailed test scripts
    , test upcoming patches, identify issues, and provide results to support go/no-go decisions.
  • Track all tickets and follow up with vendors and IT teams to ensure timely resolution
    .
  • Support testing of new CHIRP modules such as Vaccine Transfers, Returns, and VOMS
    .
  • Partner with IT and Immunization teams to identify and resolve data quality issues (duplicate patients, bad merges, duplicate facilities, invalid vaccines).
  • Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into system requirement specifications
    .
  • Address electronic data transmission issues and use PHC-Hub and IQ to create reports notifying providers and EMR vendors of data errors.
  • Follow up with IT and program teams to improve data reporting timeliness, accuracy, and completeness
    .
  • Facilitate delivery of technical business solutions to program areas and users.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
