We are seeking a punctual, reliable, and customer-service-oriented professional to support daily operations within our People Soft Financials environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured setting, follows documented procedures precisely, and is eager to learn and grow their technical and operational skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), including document creation, spreadsheet management, and collaborative content.
• Strong ability to follow documented processes and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment with limited decision-making authority.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, integrity, and accountability.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) – ability to create, edit & manage docs, spreadsheets & collaborative content effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with People Soft Financials or similar enterprise financial systems.

• Ability to create and run queries in People Soft Financials.
• Experience with FTP/SFTP software such as Go Anywhere.
• Experience with SQL and a solid understanding of relational database concepts.
