Задачи- Develop and implement strategic digitalisation projects using AI across the insurance value chain
- Prepare and integrate large volumes of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from diverse sources for (Gen)
AI solutions - Contribute to the productive deployment and operation of machine learning and (Gen)
AI solutions through MLOps - Design, implement, and operate scalable data-management and (Gen)
AI solutions in cloud environments - Support and advise operational units on using project results for the development and enhancement of machine learning and (Gen)
AI applications
- Fluency in English and German
- University degree in natural sciences, applied mathematics, computer science, business informatics, or a related field
- Sound knowledge and experience in data modelling and data visualization
- Experience with scalable data management concepts, standardized ETL processes, and data pipelines
- Practical experience putting data management and MLOps into production
- Knowledge of one or more programming, scripting, and database languages, such as Python, Spark, or SQL
- Experience with version control systems and cloud technologies, such as Git Hub, Azure, or AWS
- Willingness to innovate and work proactively in a networked manner
- Experience designing and implementing data- and AI-driven solutions based on classical ML models, LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent-based systems
- Willingness to travel
- Nice to have: industry experience in insurance
