Pomeroy is seeking an Onsite Support Technician to cover the IT Link Center in Indianapolis, IN. You will handle service requests with Service Now, troubleshoot Windows and macOS, and provide end-user assistance for devices, software, and meeting rooms.
You will work with LAN/WAN hardware, printers, projectors, AV gear, and room control, performing basic hardware support and room AV setup in a fast-paced environment.
