Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS)
Indianapolis, IN
Contract
- Experience in Workstation and Basic Hardware Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
- Ready to work in evening/night shift and provide on-call support for critical production issues
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn new technologies to perform day to day support operations
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Windows cyber security Management knowledge
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support for various IT applications. Support Activities include:
- Basic PC Hardware Support
- Virtual Desktop/iPads/Printers/ IGELS/ Servers Support - Access Request Handling
- Escalate issue to appropriate teams and follow up for closure
- Patching of windows workstation/server
- . Windows server/workstation cyber security Management
