Privileged Access Management (PAM) Administrator - Beyond Trust

Job Summary-We are seeking an experienced Privilege Access Management (PAM) Administrator to manage, administer, and support the Beyond Trust Password Safe platform. The role will be responsible for maintaining PAM operations, onboarding privileged accounts, managing policies, troubleshooting platform issues, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with established security standards and operational processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Beyond Trust PAM, privileged account lifecycle management, incident and change management, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient privileged access operations.

• Administer and manage the Beyond Trust Password Safe (PSV) environment.
• Manage onboarding of privileged accounts and target systems into the Beyond Trust platform.
• Create, design, and manage folders, access structures, and permissions.
• Configure and maintain PAM policies, account management settings, and user access controls.
• Perform daily health checks and platform monitoring activities.
• Manage Beyond Trust licenses and utilization; proactively highlight utilization exceeding 90%.

• Perform privileged account lifecycle management, including provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning.
• Add, modify, and remove Beyond Trust Password Safe Vault administrators and users.
• Manage privileged account onboarding, password management, verification, reconciliation, and access controls.
• Process user requests for accounts, policies, folders, and permissions in accordance with approved procedures.

• Handle Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem Management activities.
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to Beyond Trust infrastructure and components.
• Respond to PAM platform alerts, including:
• Component failures
• Password change failures
• Verify and reconcile failures
• Out-of-sync alert
• Server restart alerts
• Coordinate issue resolution with infrastructure, Active Directory, Security, and application support teams.

• Coordinate with Beyond Trust support for product-related issues.
• Raise, track, and follow up on technical support tickets through Beyond Trust support channels.
• Engage with stakeholders and technical teams including:
• Active Directory (AD)
• Infrastructure
• Security Operations
• SIEM
• Application Owners

• Generate and distribute standard Beyond Trust out-of-the-box reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and remediation assistance.
• Ensure adherence to security policies, governance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Follow Beyond Trust recommended standards and operational guidelines.

• Maintain and update operational runbooks, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Ensure PAM operational procedures are followed and documented accurately.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational reviews.

• Support new privileged account onboarding initiatives.
• Assist with platform enhancements and feature enablement activities.
• Participate in project-based activities related to:
• New server onboarding
• New privileged account types
• PAM platform enhancements
• Security integration initiatives

• Hands-on experience with Beyond Trust Password Safe (PSV) administration.
• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and best practices.
• Experience in privileged account lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Active Directory integration and user access management.
• Understanding of password rotation, verification, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with incident, change, request, and problem management processes.
• Familiarity with SIEM and security monitoring integrations.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.

• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance requirements.
