Support Tech Lead

We are looking for 7 to 9 yrs of experienced and hands‑on

to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot our core database and data integration environments. In this role, you will lead a team of support and database engineers, handle critical production incidents, optimize slow‑running queries, and ensure high availability of our MS SQL Server and SSIS infrastructure

• Lead the triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical production issues related to SQL Server databases, jobs, and SSIS package failures

• Monitor, review, and fine‑tune SSIS packages to improve execution performance, error handling, and logging mechanisms

• Analyze and optimize complex T‑SQL queries, stored procedures, indexes, and execution plans to reduce server load and latency

• Guide and mentor junior and mid‑level support engineers, conduct code/script reviews, and establish operational best practices

• Implement proactive maintenance routines, index rebuilding strategies, database backups/restores, and automation scripts using Power Shell or SQL Agent
  
  Collaboration:

• Coordinate with cross‑functional development, infrastructure, and business stakeholder teams during root cause analysis (RCA) and deployment cycles

• 7 to 9 years of total IT experience, with at least 4+ years specializing in MS SQL Server administration/development and SSIS production support.

• Deep proficiency in T‑SQL programming, stored procedures, triggers, indexing strategies, and query performance tuning.

• Expert‑level capability in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.

• Hands‑on experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Server Agent, and performance monitoring tools.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Power Shell or Python for automation tasks.

• Strong analytical mindset, excellent client/stakeholder communication, and experience managing on‑call support rotations or incident queues
