You enjoy and are highly skillful have experience drawing insights from deep dives into qualitative and quantitative data, and you can present those insights in the form of a compelling story.
You know your way around Excel and PowerPoint, have comfort working in a virtual environment and over web-based teleconferencing, and maintain the highest standards of excellence with data.

Driving client success by analyzing interactions between our clients and their customers and presenting meaningful findings to our clients so they can make effective business decisions. To do this you will:
- Deliver up to 40 Insights Storytelling Sessions annually to contracted clients
- Collaborate with the Authenticx client team to plan strategic direction for Insight Storytelling Workshops
- Develop expertise in the Authenticx platform and staying current with Product developments
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis to discover actionable insights
- Craft relevant, compelling story lines that convey conversational data in a way that captures attention and drives client audiences to take meaningful action
- Create visually compelling PowerPoint decks to support the telling of data-backed stories
- Present stories with effective delivery and facilitating discussion, brainstorming, and questions (primarily online, occasionally in person)
