Summary
We are seeking a motivated Summer Intern to support data, analytics, and AI initiatives within the Sales organization. The intern will work with a variety of business and technical teams to improve data quality, support analytics solutions, and explore AI capabilities using platforms such as Databricks. This role offers hands‑on experience working with enterprise data, business processes, reporting, and emerging AI technologies while contributing to projects that support business decision‑making.

• Monitor and enhance data quality and integrity across business systems and datasets.
• Assist with data analysis, validation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the development and evaluation of AI capabilities within Databricks, including chatbot and generative AI solutions.
• Assist with reporting, data modeling, and analytics projects that support business operations.
• Document processes, findings, and recommendations to support ongoing improvements.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data analysis tools is preferred.
• Experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Experience cleaning data, data transformation or validation is preferred
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure or AWS is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $29.00 - $49.00 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $23.00 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
