We’re on the hunt for an eager, quick-thinking, and adequately caffeinated Tier 1-2 Systems Technician to join our powerhouse MSP team. If you’re someone who gets a little too excited when you fix a problem no one else could, loves learning something new every single day, and doesn’t flinch when a user says “it just stopped working” — this role was made for you.
You don’t need to have seen it all. You just need the drive to figure it out, the curiosity to ask good questions, and the people skills to keep clients calm while you do it. We’ll bring the experience — you bring the attitude.
Be the friendly, capable first point of contact for client technical issues — the person who picks up, digs in, and makes people feel like they’re in good hands.
Triage, prioritize, and resolve incoming support tickets across our helpdesk queue — keeping SLAs tight and clients happier than their last IT experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues across hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 — desktops, laptops, printers, and all the other things that develop opinions at the worst possible time.
Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments — user accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and the occasional license mystery.
Assist with Active Directory and Entra tasks — password resets, account management, group memberships, and basic policy queries.
Log everything in the ticketing system with accuracy and detail — because good notes are the difference between a 5-minute fix and a 45-minute rabbit hole.
Follow scheduled maintenance tasks and assist with patching, monitoring, and routine checks using RMM tooling — keeping client environments healthy before they become emergencies.
Escalate thoughtfully to Tier 3 when needed — with the right info, the right context, and a solid attempt already documented.
Communicate clearly and calmly with clients of all technical levels — whether you’re helping a CEO reset their MFA or walking someone through a printer driver install with grace and patience.
Contribute to documentation — if you figured it out, write it down so your future self (and teammates) can thank you.
1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a technical customer-facing role — MSP experience is a bonus but not a deal breaker.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 — Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and admin basics.
Familiarity with Windows desktop and server systems in a business environment— you know your way around a GPO and don’t panic at a command prompt.
Ticketing system experience — you understand the art of a well-written ticket (Connect Wise, Autotask, Service Now, Freshdesk — whatever your flavor).
Solid troubleshooting fundamentals — you…
