, we are looking for a local Personal Lines Account Manager (AM) to join our growing Indianapolis team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside top industry leaders, support meaningful clients, and advance your career with a company that invests in you and your community.

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a vital role in helping clients protect what matters most.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage client accounts, identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions
  • Support Producers with new/renewal business, proposals, quotes, and policy accuracy
  • Handle service requests (certificates, endorsements, audits, cancellations) promptly
  • Deliver exceptional client service with a fast, professional response
  • Handle first report of claims by gathering information from client and reporting to the agency’s dedicated claim team, while following up to confirm a successful resolution of the claim.
What We’re Looking For
  • Property & Casualty license and 4+ years of personal lines insurance service experience – focus on high net worth clients preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
  • Strong work ethic and critical thinking
  • Applied Epic experience preferred but not a deal breaker
