We’re looking for a local Private Client Account Manager who thrives on building client relationships and delivering outstanding service. This position is ideally suited for a detail-oriented insurance professional with a focus on high-net-worth clients.

• Manage client accounts, identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions.
• Support Producers with new/renewal business, proposals, quotes, and ensure policy accuracy.
• Handle service requests—including certificates, endorsements, audits, and cancellations—promptly.
• Deliver exceptional client service with a fast, professional response.
• Handle first report of claims by gathering information from the client and coordinating with the agency’s claim team to confirm a successful resolution.

• Property & Casualty license and 4+ years of personal lines insurance service experience—focus on high net worth clients preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills.
• Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR, or ARM preferred.
• Strong work ethic and critical thinking.
• Applied Epic experience preferred but not a deal breaker.
